Can`t get apt-proxy working

Hi All!

We`ve got slow dial-up connection to internet and I want to setup apt-proxy 
for my home LAN. At first I install apt-proxy, after exploration of man pages 
I create config for apt-proxy:

[DEFAULT]
; This is my internal IP
address = 192.168.10.1
port = 9999
min_refresh_delay = 1s
debug = all:4 db:0
timeout = 20
cache_dir = /mnt/share1/apt-proxy
cleanup_freq = 1d
max_age = 365d
max_versions = 3

[ubuntu]
backends = http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/
           http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/


Then I setup sources.list on my testing machine to apt-proxy and run apt-get 
update. Everething goes fine, but when I`m trying to import my apt cache I`ve 
got a lot of errors like these:

My question IS: How can I import apt cache to apt-proxy ?
