Hi All,

the issue mentioned below(usb drives mounting as read-only) is
happening to me with both my usb pen drive.

The pen drives work fine(read-write) with all other Linux distros ive
used recently (suse10,fedora,etc..)

Does anyone know if theres a fix for this?
looks similar to http://bugzilla.ubuntulinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7981

Note:
* this is in Breezy PPC
* Ive just been letting HAL do its thing and auto mount the pen
drives, haven't tried manually mounting the drives yet
* sometimes one of the pen drives mounts in read-write BUT when you
copy files onto it they arent there when you plug the drive back in
later to check
* the drives work fine(read-write) in other versions on linux, mac, windows..
* the pen drives are generic ones with NO write protect switch

Cheers

Justin
