Install Questions

It is normally like that, but I can't say for sure as I don't 
use or ever installed gruler from source.

As I said above, it is _normally_ just make.

Look for a file names INSTALL or README in the sources 
folder. May be in the program's site there is some info?

Otherwise now I am at a loss :-\ sorry.
