outline pane in xpdf 3.01

What happened to bookmarks in xpdf 3.01 in Breezy? The outline pane
is gone with documents containing an outline ... the same document
opened with xpdf 3.00 (in Hoary or Debian Sarge) shows the bookmarks
in an outline pane.
