Mayday Mayday, Ubuntu killed by M$

dear friends,

please please help me....
I just got install Win XP on hda1 and this suck XP make GRUB boot
loader disapear so I cannot boot Ubuntu anymore. I try to repair boot
loader from CD but I cannot find the way to repair boot loader like on
Mandrake CD.

please please help me how to fix this boot loader so that I can see my
beautiful UBUNTU. please ;(
