Hauppauge WinTV-GO tuner with Ubuntu?

dmesg is completly different now. but i noticed this line amongst the
output:



cx8800: Unknown parameter `tuner'



~i was just wondering how do you find out exactly what tuner you have.
I have looked on the card and there are no marking at all apart from
the cx28811 chip. The strange thing is the card is a hauppauge
wintv-go, yet lspci detects a Conexant Winfast TV2000 XP. I assume its
just because they use the came chips etc..
