yes bttv is the correct module for that card. Edit your /etc/modules and
append it with this line 'bttv card=39 tuner=0 radio=0 pll=1
adc_crush=0' without the quotes and get your correct tuner typer or TV
system used in your country 'here' (http://tinyurl.com/8ckxa).
