Subversion/Apache/suEXEC woes

...that suEXEC only applies to *executing* something, not *accessing*
it. I.e., Apache with suEXEC still *accesses* files as www-data, so the
repository files must have permissions allowing for writing by www-data.

I'd love to have anyone more 'in the know' confirm this, though... :o)
