No prob.  It shouldn't be too hard.  I just set up servers for two
customers using the nomis52.net documentation.  Add software RAID and
LVM2 configurations to that OpenLDAP/Samba/NFS stuff, and you got a
party.  ;)

I also recently implemented a small SafeDesk network for a customer. 
It was incredibly easy to set up and even easier to deploy.  It was
LDAP-aware as well, authenticating against one of the two servers I
mentioned above.
