kswapd0 using 99.8 of CPU

Because you're using too much memory, and the kernel swap daemon has to swap 
the available memory space back and forth to the hard drive, to fit in all 
the stuff you're running.  Your options are:

a) buy more memory

b) use a faster device than the harddrive, that you already happen to have -- 
perhaps a USB flash drive -- as high-priority swap space

c) stop running so many programs and/or daemons/services at once.
