Probably not, I've run that several times and the problem has persisted.
I did run into problems during the modular x changes, and manually fixed
up all the symlinks and stuff so I've probably done something wrong and
something keeps getting installed to the wrong place.
I'll put the xmodmap command in my session scripts and do a system
reinstall when 5.10 is release.
