Slower Firefox page loading on Ubuntu v. Windows

I did the firefox only changes (about:config) and that made a huge 
difference. I still have ipv6 up and running as a module. Its just a 
hunch but I bet my cable modem provider (comcast boston) does not 
provide ipv6, thus the kernel level provider falls back to ipv4 and it 
must be a stupid bug in firefox related to ipv6->ipv4 fallback. Now 
firefox performs about the same speed as opera.

Opera still displays a page MUCH faster when you use the back button 
though. Its almost like it keeps it rendered and ready for you to hit 
the back button.
