Install on a HP OmniBook Questions...

Well, the hard drive was replaced about two years ago I think he said.
The cd I just burned. That was the second one today.
But I also tried the cd that I used to do my own system - and it
didnt work either.
The CDRom drive, I didnt have any problem installing software
two weeks ago. But that doesnt mean something else didnt
happen in the mean time.
