Synaptic Package Manager:

System --> Administration --> Synaptic Package Manager

Use the Menu Editor:   System Tools --> Applications Menu Editor (on 5.10 -
on Dapper it would be "A La Carte" I think ( still on "Breezy 5.10 here )
