Even not under:
'Accessories' -> 'Revelation Password Manager'

It should be there, so it is at least on my dapper system.

If it is not there, even after the next restart of your computer you may click
with the right mouse button on the Ubuntu menu symbol and choose 'Edit
Menus'. You may add a new menu entry where you would like it. The start
command is /usr/bin/revelation, an icon can be choosen if you click on the
empty icon field.
