/dev/net/tun permissions

You don't need TUN to get internet with Qemu. Just pass it the -user-net 
option. You won't be able to PING, but internet works just fine (I installed 
Gentoo in a Qemu with -user-net and you KNOW you have to have Net Access for 
a Gentoo install :D
