No. It depends how you installed it. If you used apt-get to install it,
aptitude doesn't know what was automatically installed.

No. It's like removing hard-links in the file system - Konqueror is
manually installed, so it won't be removed in any case, but installing it
caused the installation of a large part of KDE, and that won't get removed
when you remove kubuntu-desktop either. If you decide to remove _both_
konqueror and kubuntu-desktop, then all of the common dependencies will be
removed - unless something else was manually installed that depended on
them.
