cpufreq under Dapper (Flight 6)

Hello,

Dynamic CPU Frequency does not work by default on my Dell Dimension
9150. It has a dual core Pentium (model name      : Intel(R)
Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz). Is or will this be supported?

I also noticed that there is a Tool called 'cpufreq-selector', but no
manpage for it. What does it exactly do, where is the documentation
for it?
