Mounting Fat32

I have two icons on the desktop for the two Fat folders. When I open and 
icon's properties, it says I can not make changes because I am not the 
owner. That lead me to believe that I had not yet gained access to the 
contents. When I accessed files with OO Write I was able to edit. So, 
thanks to you all. I seem to have that problem behind me.
