Epiphany depends on Firefox?

See my previous email in this thread.  It can only be separate in Ubuntu 
and Debian when it is separate upstream.

Is /that/ a personal attack?  Please try to stop chucking the CoC around 
every time somebody says something that /you/ find annoying.  Yes, the 
Code is there for a reason, but practically it has bigger fish to fry. 
Differences of opinion happen in public, it's part of life.
