Debian Woody -> Ubuntu Dapper?

nope, i meant the following path:

woody->warty->hoary->breezy->dapper 

(might be painful downloads for every arrow above, i'd rather do a good
backup and just install dapper from a CD...if you have that possibility.
upgrade paths are only tested/supported from one release to the next)
