How to install Xinerama?

Hello,

I *think* I have Xinerama installed, but I'd like a confirmation that 
I'm not missing a critical package:

% sudo aptitude search xinerama
id  libxinerama-dev        - X11 Xinerama extension library ...
i   libxinerama1           - X11 Xinerama extension library
p   libxinerama1-dbg       - X11 Xinerama extension library ...
id  x11proto-xinerama-dev  - X11 Xinerama extension wire protocol


Am I right to believe that 'libxinerama1' is all that is needed to run 
Xinerama?

This question is relevant not just for me, but more importantly for 
Jean's setup. I want to know what she needs to install next.
