Matt, can the DapperUpgrades method use the CD to perform de upgrade?
This was mentioned in the spec, but I don't know if the feature make it
in the current update-manager.

I posted early a question about this issue (see: "Upgrading with the
update-manager using the CD"), but so far nobody could answer "Yes, it's
possible" or "No, it's not possible". You seem to be the man to answer
this... ;)

Could you please tell us if the new upgrade proccess knows about CDs ???
