It's fairly likely that I'll want to add more than forums lately. In
particular, blogs.
Currently we have forums using phpbb but I don't like them because I
don't understand phpbb as well. Also, I've heard that there are security
problems with phpbb.
As for what site I'm trying to create:
My employer sells computer certification focused on open source (it's
for end users, not admins). We hope that it will be an effective way to
increase the user base of open source. At the higher level, students
have to contribute to the open source community. Now, what I want:
* A forum where instructors can discuss ideas.
* A forum where students can get help and guidance in their project.
* A blog space where students can keep a record of what they're doing
and how their project is progressing.
I may want to add something else later... I don't know...
Thanks for the help.
Cheers,
Daniel.
