I had Breezy 5.10 on a box - that admittedly was _not_ a _production_ 
box, but my trusty desktop. But I did have Apache, MySQL, PHP configured 
and working on it. I did just what you wrote - change 
/etc/apt/sources.list and run apt-get dist-upgrade - and it worked FINE.
