making mldonkey handle bittorrent downloads

so i guess you're not using an ubuntu-package?
just ditch the one your using, enable universe and install the one in
the repositories. that package is more than capable of handling anything
you need. at first start it asks you to create ~/.mldonkey/ and from
there on you can set everything to your liking.
