Zope3-sandbox intall issue

Unstalling (Purging) the Zope3 install and then:
apt-get install zope3-sandbox
seemed to work this time. Not sure what the issue was except the last
few time I tried reinstalling I first installed zope3 and then later
the sandbox package.
