In dapper, xscreensaver has been removed in favour of gnome-screensaver. This is fine except that mplayer cannot stop gnome-screensaver the way it can stop xscreensaver. Is there some way to fix this other than installing xscreensaver, because I don't want to have two screensaver programs on my computer. Thanks in advance, Sasha
