to be a bit more verbose here, Ubuntu developpers updates packages on
a daily basis.  So you can run a "apt-get update"  "apt-get upgrade"
and "apt-get dist-upgrade" everyday to follow that moving target
(which is what I do; but you get the odd breakage).  Or you can wait
until the day of the release, and to one final upgrade to give you the
final release of Dapper.
