Dapper networking appears to be totally hosed

/etc/iftab is part of ifrename - so I guess the important thing is to ensure
that you actually have ifrename installed.

Well, I'm running a completely up-to-date Dapper (at least, as of yesterday)
and no problems, but I concede that it could possibly be that mine just
always come up in the same order (seems unlikely though - eth0 is a b44 and
they seem to take a couple of seconds to initialize, unlike the ipw2200 on
eth1).
