How to resolve packages being kept back?

Hello,
if you are already at the terminal and you see which packages are kept
back you can do the following:
just type at the prompt "sudo apt-get install", highlight with the mouse
the list of packages that have been kept back and then middle-click with
your mouse, so the highlighted text will be pasted at the prompt. Hit
enter and the packages will be installed as usual...
