I upgraded from Hoary to Breezy. In the process, I lost the ability to
hibernate my Dell Precision M60 notebook.
The machine starts up, but doesn't start X. I can log in via SSH, and I
saw the following in a PS listing:
root 10802 0.0 0.0 1956 784 ? Ss 11:58 0:00
/usr/sbin/acpid -c /etc/acpi/events -s /var/run/acpid.socket

It seems that something is hanging in the process of starting X. Anyone
able to explain how to interpret the above, or give me pointers as to
how to debug this further?
Thanks in advance.
