What modems work with Ubuntu?

SCO hasn't shown anything.  After the first couple of months, everybody just
sat back and waited for IBM to crush them if it ever comes to court.

I always say that a company in the hardware business (eg, ATI, nVidia)
should stay out of the software business.  There's no good reason for
hardware manufacturers to hide the interfaces.  If they keep them open,
they can get their software development for free.
