Evolution and OWA URLs

Recent postings of mine to the list, from Firefox on Ubuntu via
ISS/Exchange, results in the e-mail message body being seen as an
attachment. Sorry for that. Not my/Ubuntu/Firefox's doing.

Posting from Outlook and line breaks are all mucked up - so I prefer
not to post replies using Outlook.

IMAP has been disabled on Exchange, so I'm kind of screwed as far as
using a decent e-mail reader.

Evolution however has OWA URL support. But it does not work for me...
During the config part I supply the OWA URL (i.e.
http://servername/exchange) and the username. The auth check seems to
work and the NEXT button is enabled and the account created.

However, when Evolution attempts to "refresh" this new account, it
runs into auth failures. Pops up a password box - I supply the correct
password - and it auth fails again.

Anything I'm missing something ito the OWA config
requirements/settings for Evolution?
