Where to go with an ACPI issue

I'm having further issues with suspend (e.g. the message "IDE device
ACPI handler is NULL", which means that suspension/hibernation will fail.

I tried posting to the acpi-devel list, but was met by silence.

I'd like to try bringing this to the attention of the Ubuntu ACPI
people. Can anyone point me to the mailing list that they read?
kernel-team? laptop-devel? laptop-testing-team?
