This sounds like Edubuntu to me.

Edubuntu is suitable for both desktop and server use. Edubuntu 5.10 also
includes a built-in Linux terminal server. The current Edbuntu release
supports Intel x86 (IBM-compatible PC) and AMD64 (Hammer) architectures.
You may want to change the artwork though.
