So far, I like that one best.
Perhaps N-ubuntu or N-buntu, since most native English speakers, and I
imagine a good number of non-native English speakers would be likely to
pronounce it "en-u-buntu" (or "en-buntu"), suggesting the en-lightenment
element...
And I agree with Oliver: The original name is easy enough to misread
when people are inundated with e-mail (especially when one learns to
ignore typos and spelling errors).
