Probably nothing is wrong at all :) I see the same stuff on launching a
KDE app for the first time in non-KDE window managers. Koqueror and other
KDE apps have to start up various KDE related things, and uses a
different method for desktop settings. If you want to get rid of the
"pollution" ;-) you can run
kdebugdialog
and uncheck everything. (For some reason though, even this doesn't seem to
get rid of the initial flood of "warnings" here. )
