Xgl : can't disable wobble effect ?

The howto in the wiki says to start compiz like this, and to put it in
~/.gnomerc to start automatically at log-in:

compiz --replace gconf decoration wobbly fade minimize move place resize
scale switcher cube rotate zoom gnome-window-decorator


I thought that removing the "wobbly" option from these arguments, would
disable all wobbly effects. But no. I can disable wobbly windows in
Gconf, but I still get wobbly menus, tooltips, applets etc.

Am I missing something, or should I file a bug ?
