Some packages in us.archive.ubuntu.com are unaccessible

I'm not sure whom should be notified of this, but when trying to install
network-manager, it was noticed that the repository is a bit broken:
http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/n/network-manager/network-manager_0.4.1+cvs20050817-0ubuntu4_i386.deb
(amd64 and powerpc are broken as well).

If someone could just point me to the right person or forward this
along...
