Hi Tzadik,

As someone said about your other issue, it might be dependent on the version
of Ubuntu and/or Browser you are using.  At one time I could not change
application associations in my browser until I actually clicked the
multimedia link and said "other" or "browse" or some such thing.  Here is
one case where it is working.

I am using Ubuntu 6.04 (Dapper Drake, flight 4) and Firefox 1.5.0.1.  I am
now able to use the menus at any time  Edit...Preferences...Downloads...View
and Edit Actions...Change Action to modify the selections for each media
type.
