127.0.0.1 is an IP address of your local machine.
The 80 is a well-used port for basic http
connectivity.
So using this you'd be connected to an http port on
your own machine....which is why Duncan asked you if
you were connected to the internet.
Somehow your internet conncetion changed.
You need to connect to an outside connection
(internet)
I'm a noob too so I can't be much more help without
doing some research first.
