Digramming tool (but not Dia)?

I gave kivio a look. I did find all of dia's shapes. However unless
there is something missing, this puts me back where I was with dia--no
rotation of objects, unless there is something I'm overlooking. I
mean if all the logic symbols pointed left to right, I could at least
work with that. But with all the symbols pointing up and no way to
rotate them, that's not useful. Also as mentioned above with dia,
there doesn't appear to be a way to connect a line to an arbitrary
point on another line, useful in logic diagrams.
