[ubuntu] ODBC

Thanks Mario. Managed to get OOo working with the standard M$ JDBC
drivers. Can now access our M$ SQL Server database and update
information via the OOo Base app. I had problems with the nomenclature
of the JDBC setup stuff but this is now working perfectly.
