Because 7zip has not been add to the main repo and I suspect the mime
type was not set correctly. There are two pieces to this:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionP7zip - tells me that it
has been approved
Once it goes in, the mime type should fall into place.
