Linux Distribution for Blind People [partly OT]

Hello,
A few days ago a lady said she is blind and needed some information 
about a feature, to be able to listen what was going on while 
installing. So I think nobody has an answer to that, on this list.
I actually don't find the post so I put here the URL of a distribution 
dedicated to impaired or blind people, incase it could help.
