‎88E8001 Gigabit Lan PCI Controller

Hi, 
I installed Ubuntu 5.10 amd64, and no module is being loaded for the
Ethernet device. Below is the information from a Mandriva install on the
same box which is working properly. Could this hardware be too new for
the Ubuntu kernel? Any ideas how I can fix it?
