not sure about team India in particular, but Ubuntu LoCo teams can be
active in all sort of activities: translations, local promotion of
Ubuntu and free software in general,  social gathering of people
sharing these ideas, etc etc.  It's really up to the people who are
part of these groups to decide of the direction they will take.


As for a problem with a particular loco team, probably the best way is
to bring it up to the Community Council
