That's what I would've thought. I get LOTS of these sorts of messages 
when gnome-cups-add opens, but I assume they're normal:

gnome-cups-manager itself has this to say, but when opening normally anyway:

status 1030

When it chooses to die, there are no defining remarks - same with 
gnome-cups-add.
