KDE/X shows strange patterns....

Hi,


When I run KDE and X after some time, some parts of the windows show
strange colored patters and start to flicker when moving around. A
restart of the X windows system and it disappears, but it starts again
after some time. 
Anyone had the same Problems? 
I have running "X Window System Version 6.8.2" on ubuntu breezy badger.
My graphics Card is a NVIDIA GF 6600GT.
